Psychiatric ServicesPsychiatric services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, consultation, medication monitoring and ongoing treatment of consumers. The psychiatrist provides clinical leadership to the professional staff to ensure the highest standards of care are provided. Nursing ServicesNursing services include nursing assessment, identification and monitoring of an individual’s medical and behavioral health needs as an integral part of treatment. Education and case management are also key components. Intake Line: 814-451-2214 Medication/Clinic ServicesSafe Harbor’s outpatient services are available to children and adults diagnosed with mental illness or serious emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Safe Harbor provides treatment to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses (SMI) such as major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, as well as more common disorders such as mood disorders, anxiety and adjustment disorders. |
