Outpatient Services

Safe Harbor provides comprehensive treatment to more than 2,300 Erie County adults and children using state-of-the-art treatments. Individual, family and group interventions are offered including unique outpatient services such as the Safe Harbor Summer Group Programs for children.

Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, consultation, medication monitoring and ongoing treatment of consumers. The psychiatrist provides clinical leadership to the professional staff to ensure the highest standards of care are provided.

Nursing Services

Nursing services include nursing assessment, identification and monitoring of an individual’s medical and behavioral health needs as an integral part of treatment. Education and case management are also key components. Intake Line: 814-451-2214

Medication/Clinic Services

Safe Harbor’s outpatient services are available to children and adults diagnosed with mental illness or serious emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Safe Harbor provides treatment to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses (SMI) such as major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, as well as more common disorders such as mood disorders, anxiety and adjustment disorders.
