![]() Therapy ServicesOne-on-one therapy services include counseling to assist individuals in addressing their concerns and developing their strengths. A therapist may use various methods, such as insight oriented art or play therapy, to help individuals in expressing their feelings and problems, processing their concerns and developing positive coping skills. Family therapy may be provided to various identified members to improve the functioning of the whole family. Group therapy gathers individuals with similar issues, problems and situations to support one another in therapist-led interventions. Group therapy provides individuals with social interaction, information and an opportunity to practice problem-solving methods in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Safe Harbor Behavioral Health offers a full range of child, adolescent and adult psychological testing assessment services. Agency psychological staff employ a variety of standardized tests and procedures in this regard, including: intellectual; achievement; personality; graphic; projective; occupational; vocational; and neuropsychological evaluations. Safe Harbor will also tailor psychological evaluations to answer specific referral questions. |
